In the field of Competition, Cedeño and Méndez carry out the necessary studies to establish the risk that certain practices of contracting, selling, distributing or collaborating with other agents in the market may be considered as contrary to antitrust rules.

 

Anti-dumping, Subsidy and Safeguards

 

We advise exporters, importers and local producers on their anti-dumping duties, as well as on other trade protection actions, both in Panama and abroad.

 

We represent our customers in anti-dumping, quotas and safeguards procedures, advising either foreign producer and exporters as defendants, as well as Panamanian companies as applicants.
