Paula specializes in advising national and foreign clients in Corporate and Business Law, Labor Law, Immigration Law and Patrimonial Planification.

She is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panama and AMCHAM Panama. In addition, she actively participates in congresses organized by the International Trademark Association (INTA), the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Inter-American Intellectual Property Association (ASIPI).

It has been recognized by Chambers & Partners Latin America in the Corporate Law / Mergers & Acquisitions area.

She joined Cedeño & Méndez in 2014. She is a Senior Associate and Director of the Corporate Department since 2019.

She obtained her law degree in 2011, and has a Master's Degree in Private Law with an emphasis in Commercial Law from the University of Panama (2015).
